RETREAT AT THE LODGE IS CURRENTLY POSTPONED DUE TO LOCKDOWN MEASURES. THIS RETREAT HAS EVOLVED INTO AN ONLINE RETREAT, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOU WOULD LIKE FURTHER INFORMATION. Come and immerse yourself in a blissful weekend of yoga in the idyllic & magical setting of Elan Valley. You will be invited to flow through part of the weekend in Silence, this will allow you the space to remember your natural state of being. The silence will begin on Saturday morning, giving you time to arrive and settle on Friday, relaxing into our evening practice & meal. We will savour the deep immersion in silence until the morning practice on Sunday, there will then be time to share our experience together. The weekend will consist of Asana, Pranayamama, sound practices, self enquiry and meditation.

The venue is nestled in the hills of the Elan Valley, surrounded by natural woodland and a beautiful mountain stream running alongside the lodge.  This is a wonderful grounding setting for you to enjoy the yoga retreat. You will have free time during the weekend to explore the beautiful surroundings of the Elan Valley.

The lodge was originally the School for the Valley and has been converted into 5* accommodation.  All are able to have single rooms unless you wish to share with friends.  All rooms are en-suite.  All meals and refreshments are included and are lovingly prepared to the highest standard, all meals are vegetarian.

Michele creates a space where it's safe to practice yoga physically, mentally and in a spiritual way.
a) physically - because she's such an experienced teacher she can adapt postures and asana practice to all levels and abilities.  She will challenge you to do the best you can but will never take you beyond what you're capable of, although you may find yourself being surprised as to how far you can go.
b) mentally - her classes and retreats are fun!  Everyone is welcomed, questions are encouraged and you come to know your fellow students as friends.
c) spiritually - Michele treats the spiritual aspects of yoga with a light touch.  Don't take that to mean they are overlooked; they are certainly there but they are brought in at a level that is appropriate for the particular group she is taking.

Every retreat I've been to with Michele has been unique and every one I've come away with so much more than I envisaged.
